UPSKILL
AI workshops for marketers. Half a day, max 4 people, your own cases.
Upskill workshops teach you one AI way of working, applied to one part of your marketing at a time. You leave with a setup that works on your real work.
That folder called "AI stuff"
Somewhere on your laptop there's a folder called "AI stuff". Screenshots, prompt lists, a half-finished course. And still the same questions every week. Which AI tool should I actually use? Couldn't this daily copy-paste work be automated by now? And why does my AI keep forgetting who I am and what my business stands for?
Almost every marketer I meet has that folder, and those questions. The workshops turn that folder into a knowledge base that stays up to date: one place where your AI knows your brand, your audience and your work.
Four workshops, one way of working
Every workshop teaches the same AI way of working, applied to a different part of your marketing. Take one, or come back for the next. Your knowledge base carries over, so each workshop builds on the last.
Knowledge base
Everything AI needs to know about your business, or your client's: what you are, your offer, your ideal client, your objectives, targets and KPIs. Structured in one knowledge base, so AI never forgets your context. The base every other workshop builds on.
Knowledge base workshop in detail
AI is only as good as what you give it. Build one knowledge base about your business, or your client's, so your AI always knows the essentials.
- 0:00 Welcome. Why the output of AI is only as good as your input.
- 0:15 Block 1: Who you are. What you are, your business, your offer and your ideal client.
- 0:45 Block 2: Where you're going. Your objectives, targets and KPIs.
- 1:15 Break.
- 1:30 Block 3: Make it remember. Structure everything into one knowledge base and add it to your AI, so it never forgets your context. Hands-on: test it on a real task.
- 2:20 Wrap-up. Do's and don'ts, next steps.
For whom:
- freelancers who want one knowledge base per client
- freelancers and marketers who want AI to know their own business
You leave with: a structured knowledge base for your business or a client's, ready to use in Claude or ChatGPT.
What you need: a paid Claude or ChatGPT account, access to one online hub (such as Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint), and what you know about your business or your client's.
Content
Create content faster with AI, including a content calendar you keep filling after the workshop.
SEO & GEO
Get found by Google, and by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. How search and AI search work, applied to your own website and content.
SEO & GEO workshop in detail
Build your own monitor for search rankings and AI visibility, for you and your clients, without a monthly SEO suite subscription.
- 0:00 Welcome. How people search today: Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- 0:15 Block 1: Fetch. Set up one data source for search volume, keyword rankings and AI visibility. You pay per use, with no subscription.
- 0:45 Block 2: Build. Turn it into your own tool, an artifact or an MCP, that tracks your keywords and brand for you and your clients.
- 1:15 Break.
- 1:30 Block 3: Analyse. Read your rankings and AI visibility, and turn them into your keyword strategy. Hands-on: your own monitoring dashboard.
- 2:20 Wrap-up. Do's and don'ts, next steps.
For whom:
- freelancers with multiple clients
- freelancers who want to track their own website and brand in Google and in AI answers
- startups and scale-ups that don't want to pay for a full SEO suite to track one thing
You leave with: a working monitoring dashboard for your ranking, your brand visibility and a starting point for your strategy.
What you need: a paid Claude or ChatGPT account, a website to track, and a DataForSEOAffiliate link account (pay as you go).
Some links on this page are affiliate links. I only have them for tools I use myself. They don't decide what I recommend.
Reporting
Let AI prepare your reports, read your data and help with your decisions. The workshop where connecting your real data gets tangible.
Want this for your whole setup? See Optimize.
Reporting workshop in detail
- 0:00 Welcome. Why data is the source of your strategy.
- 0:15 Block 1: Fetch. Connect your sources so all your channel data flows in. Security and GDPR.
- 0:45 Block 2: Remember. All data stays stored in one database. You build up history, and your usage goes down.
- 1:15 Break.
- 1:30 Block 3: Analyse. Assess your data and turn it into a report, presentation, dashboard or agent. Hands-on: your client report in your own house style.
- 2:20 Wrap-up. Do's and don'ts, next steps.
For in-house marketers and freelancers, whether you manage one brand or several. For you if you:
- want an overview of all your data in one place
- want stronger analyses based on historical data
- want to use fewer tokens and less usage
- want to stop losing time copying performance data from tools into Excel or PowerPoint
- want a report that is in your house style in one click
What you need: a paid Claude or ChatGPT account, and access to at least one data source from your own business, your employer or your client.
Not sure where to begin? Knowledge base is a good first workshop. It gives the other workshops the context they use.
Half a day, laptops open
No slides about "the future of marketing". We open laptops in the first half hour and keep them open. In half a day you:
- get the basics right: what AI language models are, and which one to use for what
- set up a knowledge base with your own brand and marketing context, so AI stops giving generic answers
- work hands-on on the workshop topic, on your own cases, and make something real you keep
- see what comes next: a live demo of AI connected to real marketing tools
- leave with a setup that saves you time every day
Small groups on purpose. With 4 people, I can sit next to everyone.

Completely new to AI? Then a workshop moves too fast. Want someone to do your marketing for you? Then this isn't for you either. I teach, you own.
Price and format
€350 excl. VAT per person per workshop. Starting companies (VAT number active for less than a year) get 20% off. Half a day, max 4 people, in Belgium. Bring your laptop and one real marketing challenge.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need AI experience?
Some. The workshops assume you already use AI in your work, even if it's just one task. What you need most is marketing experience. We build the rest that day, step by step.
What do I walk away with?
A working knowledge base, an AI workflow for at least one recurring task, and the know-how to extend both yourself. Plus documentation, so nothing depends on your memory of the day.
Can I join with my team?
One or two colleagues can join an open workshop. Want to work with your whole team, on your own marketing? Then Upskill coaching fits better.
Can I take more than one workshop?
That's the idea. Your knowledge base carries over, so someone who built their knowledge base first creates content against their own positioning in the Content workshop.
Does it work the same for in-house marketers and freelancers?
The workshop is the same, the knowledge base differs. In-house, you usually work for one brand, so you build one knowledge base that gets deeper with every workshop. As a freelancer, you build a separate knowledge base per client.
What happens after a workshop?
You leave with a clear next step for your own setup. Want help with all of your marketing? Upskill coaching is the next step: monthly coaching on all of your marketing, with me alongside.
You already know marketing.
Half a day is enough to change how you work with it.
