Workshop, coaching or strategy: what is the difference?
A workshop is half a day on one topic, with a small group. Coaching is a monthly retainer for you or your team, on your own roadmap. A strategy is a project in six phases that ends with your marketing strategy and roadmap.

- A half-day, hands-on group workshop on one marketing topic with AI: building a knowledge base, content, SEO and GEO, or reporting. Participants work on their own laptop with their own real cases. Each workshop is booked on its own.

- What it is
- A monthly coaching retainer that covers all of the client's marketing, on the client's own roadmap. It includes a weekly check-in, a hands-on session every two weeks, and preparation and documentation. Clients learn to build and maintain their own dashboards and AI workflows, so they own what is built.

- One marketer, or one marketing team from the same company, who wants to become an all-round AI marketer. Coaching works best with people from the same company, because everyone works on the same marketing, tools and goals.

- Optimize helps marketers and marketing teams make their reporting and AI tools easier and cheaper to run. Jantien maps the current setup, designs a better one with a named tool for each step, sets who owns what, and guides the team while they build it. Jantien does not build, does not configure tools and never asks for logins. The client builds and owns the result. It is independent martech stack advice: tools are recommended on fit. Where Jantien has an affiliate link for a tool, this is disclosed on the Tools page. It runs in three steps: a 90-minute intake, a two-week diagnostic, and an optional implementation retainer.

- Jantien works part-time as the senior marketing lead of a company, usually for six months.
