- Every two weeks: a hands-on session of two hours. We take a real piece of your marketing and change how it runs: your content flow, your reporting, your research, your campaign prep.
- All the time: everything gets documented, by me. If someone is off for two weeks, the work keeps going.
I teach, you own.
Along the way, your team builds what it needs. Your own dashboards. Your own AI workflows. A shared knowledge base. We build them together, and your team learns to run them.

How long do we stay in coaching?
As long as it's useful. Most teams work with me for a few months, then stand on their own. There is no minimum term. The point is that you own it.
Coaching or an Upskill workshop?
An Upskill workshop is half a day on one topic, in a mixed group with people from other companies. Coaching is monthly, on all of your marketing, with your own team. You can start with either.
Our team or 1-on-1?
Both work. 1-on-1 goes deeper on you as a marketer. With a team, we build shared workflows and get everyone working the same way. Same price, we set the scope in our first conversation.
Which tools will we learn?
The ones that fit your marketing. In practice: a language model you learn to use properly, a shared knowledge base, and workflows that take over your repetitive work. Everything explained, nothing hidden.
Upskill coaching or Optimize?
