STRATEGIZE

Strategize. Strategize your business.

Most marketing I get to see runs on gut feeling. A post because it's been quiet for a while. A campaign because a competitor ran one. A budget that's basically last year's plus a bit. Some of it even works. But nobody can tell me why it works, so nobody can repeat it. That's the gap Strategize closes.

Strategize is a complete marketing strategy in 6 phases, fixed scope and fixed fee, fast-tracked with AI. You get a clear look at where your marketing stands today, clear goals, a strategy, and a roadmap with priorities and KPIs. And you get it within a few weeks, because AI does the heavy lifting where it can and I do the thinking where it matters.

What are the 6 phases?

  1. Situation analysis.A marketing maturity scan: where do you really stand, internally and externally? This is usually where the gut-feeling era ends.
  2. Goals.Critical and supporting goals, made measurable. No "more visibility". Numbers.
  3. Strategy. How you'll win, and where you'll grow. Built on proven frameworks, applied to your reality.
  4. Tactics and roadmap.Concrete actions, prioritised. What comes first, what waits, what we drop.
  5. Budget and resources. What it costs, who does it, and whether your team can carry it.
  6. Measurement.KPIs per dimension, so next year's decisions run on data.

Start or Scale?

Same six phases, same thinking. The difference is how much work your situation brings with it.

Strategize Start

€6.000 excl. VAT

For businesses without one main marketing decision-maker, with limited marketing history and a focused strategic question. Lighter audit, one principal brand or offer, a focused audience choice, a 90-day roadmap.

Strategize Scale

€9.500 excl. VAT

For businesses with real marketing history, several stakeholders, multiple channels or markets. Extensive audit, review of past strategy, content, campaigns and reporting, multiple validation moments, budget scenarios, a roadmap across a longer horizon.

Which one you need depends on how much material there is to analyse, how many people have to agree, and how many moving parts the decision has. The age of your company doesn't decide it. A young funded company with three markets may need Scale. A ten-year-old business with a quiet marketing history may fit Start perfectly.

You don't have to work that out on your own. We do it in a short fit call, before anything is quoted.

What do you get, exactly?

A strategy you can execute, written to be used long after the first presentation.

Both versions end with one complete, standalone strategy document:

  • Marketing maturity audit and baseline
  • Goals and KPI framework
  • Positioning and audience focus
  • Prioritised actions and channel roadmap
  • Budget and capacity view
  • Measurement and iteration framework

That document works on its own. You can execute from it, hand it to your team, or brief a supplier with it.

The marketing knowledge base (optional)

An optional add-on: your approved strategy, restructured so your team and your AI tools can actually use it.

Every campaign, brief or AI session starts from the same agreed foundation: your company, your audience and your priorities, written down once.

  • Start knowledge base (€1.000 excl. VAT). Core company and product context, primary audience, positioning and messaging foundations, goals and KPIs, strategic priorities, 90-day roadmap, and the instructions your AI tools need to stay consistent.
  • Scale knowledge base (€2.000 excl. VAT). Structured company, product and market context, multiple audiences, message hierarchy, strategic decisions with the evidence behind them, channel guidance, KPI definitions, budget decisions, roadmap, plus source references and reusable AI instructions.

The knowledge base is genuinely optional. Your strategy is complete and usable without it.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Start and Scale?

The method is identical. Scale involves a deeper audit, more historical material to review, more stakeholders to reconcile and more variables to weigh. You pay for the work your situation actually requires. The thinking is the same.

Is the marketing knowledge base included?

No, it's a separate add-on: €1.000 excl. VAT with Start, €2.000 excl. VAT with Scale. Every client receives a complete strategy document regardless. The knowledge base is for teams who want that strategy in a format their people and AI tools can work from every day.

How long does Strategize take?

A few weeks. The exact timeline depends on how fast we can plan the working sessions; we fix it together at the start.

Do I need a marketing team for this?

No. It works for solo founders too. The roadmap is built around what you and your team can actually carry.

Why can't I just figure this out myself?

You know the business better than anyone. Turning that into a marketing strategy is a different skill, and that's exactly what the six phases are built to do.

What is a marketing maturity audit?

A thorough scan of how your marketing really performs, across strategy, brand, channels, tech and people. Internal view versus external view. It shows where you overestimate yourself and where you're better than you think.

What happens after Strategize?

You execute, with a clear roadmap. On your own, or with me alongside through Upskill coaching. For your reporting and AI setup, there is Optimize. Both are separate agreements, decided when you get there.

A strategy turns marketing into something you can repeat. Small companies need that as much as big ones. Want direction first? Let's talk.
